1. Order Cancellation Period
You may cancel an order placed through the Suwifbites app under the following conditions:
- If the restaurant has not yet accepted your order.
- If the restaurant has accepted your order, and the preparation of your meal has not yet begun.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order that meets the above conditions, follow these steps:
- Open the Suwifbites app.
- Navigate to your order history.
- Select the order you wish to cancel.
- Choose the "Cancel Order" option.
Please note that once a restaurant has started preparing your meal or if the estimated delivery time has elapsed, you may not be able to cancel the order, and you may be charged for the full order amount.
3. Cancellation Fees
To compensate our restaurant partners and delivery drivers for their time and effort, a cancellation fee may apply in certain cases. The specific fee will be determined based on the order status at the time of cancellation. You will be notified of any applicable cancellation fees during the cancellation process.
4. Refunds
If you have already been charged for your order and the cancellation is successful, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or your Suwifbites wallet.
